Our engineers laminate the brush segments using high- resistivity adhesive, forming a sandwich-type brush, increasing the cross-resistance and resulting in improved commutation. Then, using specialized equipment, the team gives the laminate surface a high polish.
High-quality stainless steel springs keep the pressure of the brushes constant plus the thin adhesive layer in the laminate produces a polishing effect on the contact between the brush and commutator—both of which help to reduce friction during operation.
Then for the designs requiring housing, we use a combination of high-quality copper with heat-resistant plastic fittings.
